Located in a lush green picturesque village, 90 minute drive from Bangalore, Sunnyside offers a cosy, comfortable ‘connecting closely with nature,’ experience for single travellers, small groups and families.
The property also offers a celebration zone for social gatherings, day out programs for small groups and upcoming campsite, for those who enjoy staying outdoors.

CUISINE: Simple village style vegetarian delicacies made by the in-house caretaker.
Activities: Hill trek, village walk, farm visit, kite flying, cycling, bonfire, target shooting. Self drive to Panchapalli dam, Betamugalalam forest or Hoggainakkal falls. (Activities are based on availablity and weather condition).

- Cuisine is vegetarian prepared by the caretaker.
- WIFI Dongle connectivity can be provided on request.
- There is no AC or TV.
- No DG & back-up power at the moment.
- Farm is home to a variety of flora and fauna which include insects, lizards, frogs, etc. Please do not harm them.
- Recommend to carry an insect repellant (Odomos) during the farm walk and outdoor activities.
- Mandatory to share soft copies of Govt. identity for all guests while making the reservation.

- Single Room: INR 5,000/- per room night
- 2 Room Cottage: INR 10,000/- per night

- Hill trek (1 hour): INR 150 per pax (Min. 4 pax)
- Kite flying: INR 150 per kite, per session
- Air Pistol: INR 250 per pax for 10 shots (Introduction and target shooting)
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% credit allocation if you book an alternative date
- 50% cancellation charges for any cancellations
- 100% cancellation charges for no show
BRIEFCASE GUIDE: Light comfortable cotton clothing along with a Jacket or Pullover. For the hill trek/ farm walk/ birding, we suggest track pants/ khakis/ joggers, with full arm tees. Walking shoes, caps binoculars, camera, insect repellant and personal medication.

- Min. Pax.: Minimum 10 pax required
- Check-in/ Check-out: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Inclusions: Welcome drink, vegetarian lunch, evening tea/coffee with veg snack. Usage of common gazebo area, manbo bridge, swing, board games and trek.
- Charges: INR 1,000 per pax/ INR 400 per child below 10 yrs
Celebration Zone
- Pax.: Maximum 20 pax
- Check-in/ Check-out: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Inclusions: Exclusive usage of Celebration Gazebo for maximum 20 pax.
- Exclusions: Guests bring their own veg. meals, assortment and arrangements
- Lunch can be organised at an additional charge
- Charges: INR 4000 per session
